Sanatoga Village Properties are located at the center of the historic Sanatoga Village District. The two parcels that comprise the properties are situated in the area bordered by E. High Street, S. Pleasantview Road, and Brown Street in Lower Pottsgrove Township, in the western portion of Montgomery County, a suburban county to the west of Philadelphia.

The site plan at the right shows the outline and measurements of the two parcels that make up the Sanatoga Village Properties.

Public sewer fronts the property and public water is available at the intersection of E. High Street and S. Pleasantview Road (just across the street from the property). Public sewer is also located on Brown St.
