Philadelphia Premium Outlet's

Philadelphia Premium Outlets’, opening November 2007, will offer 120 designer and name brand outlet stores.  Like Sanatoga Village District, the outlet center is a village-style project with a colonial American architectural theme.

Located in neighboring Limerick Township, the outlets will employ 800 to 1000 employees and provide shopping for thousands of area residents daily.

The outlet is located on Route 422, at the Sanatoga exit (Evergreen Road) on Lightcap Road, in Limerick Township, Pennsylvania. The outlet and its shoppers are less than three miles from the village center of Sanatoga Village.

Sanatoga 422 Interchange

The Sanatoga Route 422 interchange, located two miles east of Sanatoga Village Center is ready to explode with commercial growth. Development of this area will create an even greater traffic flow through the intersection at E. High Street and S. Pleasantview Road, which in turn will impact the Village Center and establish the Sanatoga Village Properties as a strategic commercial area.
